SHIPPING POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Steel Toe Hustle products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Most orders should arrive within approximately 7–20 business days from the order date. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package or a delivery refusal.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless collected during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
